Our focus is to find you the perfect property to suit your needs. We invest our time and energy in helping tenants find the right property to fit their lifestyle. We create lasting relationships and show people first- hand why we are different. Our tenancies are granted
for a minimum term of 6 months, which is renewed if all parties are in agreement. All our managed properties are Gas Safe certificated, inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety, all Tenancy Deposits are held in accordance with the Deposit Protection Regulations.
DSS
As a local estate agent, we are always looking for ways to support our communities and we are proud to mention that half (50%) of our customers/tenants are DSS tenants. We listen
and deliver based on individual circumstances. We accept DSS tenants.
